【明報專訊】THE GOVERNMENT has taken back 32 hectares of the "old course" of Fanling Golf Course, and some facilities were officially opened to the public yesterday (4 September). An important milestone, the opening of those facilities signals that the land in question is no longer a "private recreational area", but a public place owned, used, and enjoyed by citizens.
