【明報專訊】President and Deputy President of the UK Supreme Court, Lord Robert Reed and Lord Patrick Hodge, have resigned as overseas non-permanent judges of the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal (CFA), marking the end of an agreement under which the two serving UK Supreme Court judges are appointed non-permanent judges in Hong Kong's top court.
