【明報專訊】I am so amazed and so amused by Chatham House, the internationally renowned international relations study society whose crowned Chatham House Rule is "Share the information you receive but do not reveal the identity of who said it!" The Rule is aptly the cerebral version of the equally worshipped popular motto "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas!" In the centenary cerebral celebration of her foundation, Chatham House just awarded her princely Chatham House Prize to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Malawi for her exemplary deeds in upholding the rule of law and the separation of powers in our turbulent world which sees the wrongs trampling the rights being the new norm.
