【明報專訊】THE STATE COUNCIL has unveiled the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, which sketches out the vision for the future development of the Greater Bay Area. Goals and objectives galore have been set with the aim of the creation of an inchoate Greater Bay Area within four years, which should become fully-fledged within 16 years and become an important motive force behind the development of China and even the world.
