【明報專訊】AFTER test results for concrete used in the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge were alleged to have been falsified, government officials made an announcement, claiming that what went wrong was the process in which construction materials were tested, but not the materials themselves and that "we do not see any unsafe situations concerning the bridge". We are doubtful whether such a claim can reassure the public.
