【明報專訊】AFTER much controversy about the reform of the Medical Council, the government is preparing to table a new Medical Registration (Amendment) Bill to the Legislative Council next month to improve the Medical Council's mechanism for investigating complaints and conducting disciplinary hearings and to increase participation from people outside the medical profession.
