【明報專訊】THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL'S investigation of Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying's acceptance of a sum from UGL has taken an unexpected turn. Holden Chow, a lawmaker from the DAB who vice-chairs the Select Committee responsible for investigating the matter, proposed amendments to its scope of inquiry, but it has been found that the related document had been amended by the Chief Executive's Office (CEO).
