【明報專訊】Machines perform best when they are properly lubricated (潤滑) with oil or grease. Sometimes it's the same way with people: if we do or say the right things to the right ones, we might be able to obtain favours or make our work easier. The process of doing that is known as oiling or greasing the wheels. Here is Felix to give us a personal example: "I recently got a nice increase in my wages but I had to oil the wheels a little by taking my boss out to lunch from time to time."
