【明報專訊】THE WEST KOWLOON CULTURAL DISTRICT AUTHORITY (WKCDA) has, out of the blue, postponed the public consultation on the Hong Kong Palace Museum until a WKCDA Board meeting today (January 10). As the government's explanation lacks clarity, it is difficult to fathom what is up the government's sleeve. It has, quite conceivably, given rise to even more conspiracy theories and speculation.
