【明報專訊】THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT is to change its policy towards some members of the pan-democratic camp — including some lawmakers — who have long been denied their Home Return Permits. It will grant them their Home Return Permits if they make the application. In other words, they will be able to travel to and from mainland China as freely as other people do.
