【明報專訊】THE NATIONAL PEOPLE'S CONGRESS STANDING COMMITTEE (NPCSC) has given an interpretation of Article 104 of the Basic Law, laying down regulations on the procedures, form and content when a public office holder takes an oath, as well as his attitude when he does so.
