【明報專訊】MANY IMPORTANT EVENTS this year has seen on the mainland have to do with shijiuda (the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC)), which takes place next year. The central tasks to be accomplished at shijiuda are to create a new personnel configuration and to formulate a new political line. The new political line will not be revealed until the shijiuda political report is delivered. As for the personnel configuration, the assembling of the jigsaw has begun now, and it should take shape before shijiuda opens.
