【明報專訊】AFTER much deliberation and discussion and a series of arrangements, the government has selected sixteen fine foods for the Food Truck Scheme. The trucks are expected to start operation in specific locations by the end of this year. Judging from what has initially emerged, the selections exhibit innovation or the fusion of tradition and creativity. They are all the fruit of the entrants' huge effort and as such deserve anticipation.
