【明報專訊】Technically, a person who is colour blind is unable to distinguish (辨別) certain colours. Colloquially, someone colour blind is someone with no racial prejudices (種族歧視). In slang, colour blind describes the nature of someone willing to accept money he or she knows has been obtained illegally. The idea is that the person will accept anyone's money, no matter what colour it is or where it is from.
