【明報專訊】TODAY the Legislative Council (Legco) is to continue to look at the Medical Registration (Amendment) Bill 2016. The Legco meeting scheduled for last Thursday failed to be convened for lack of a quorum. It can be seen from what has since been expressed in the press that those in the mainstream believe the bill to reform the Medical Council should go through Legco.
