The eight luxury buildings there, which are not interconnected, look out to the sea. Yesterday Secretary for Development Paul Chan declared in answering questions reporters had put to them, "The matter will be strictly dealt with in accordance with the law and the conclusion will be made public as soon as it is arrived at."
