【明報專訊】TODAY (May 23) US President Barack Obama begins his visit to Vietnam, the first stop of his Asia trip. Later this week he is to go to Japan to attend a G7 summit. Most commentators in the world focus on the first visit by a US president to Hiroshima, which was atombombed. However, as far as China is concerned, Obama's Vietnam visit deserves closer attention.
