【明報專訊】THE Commission of Inquiry into Excess Lead Found in Drinking Water, chaired by Mr Justice Andrew Chan Hing-wai, has completed its tasks and submitted a report to Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying. However, the Chief Executive is not planning to publish the report in its entirety at the moment, saying merely that "the government will study the report in detail, and will seek the Department of Justice's legal advice on how the report should be published (e.g. whether any parts of the report should be blacked out) and other matters."
