The so-called "Putian system", which has a presence in every part of mainland China's healthcare sector, engages in all kinds of illegal activities. To make huge profits, it colludes with the management of hospitals, exploits healthcare workers, and defrauds patients. The young man's death has provoked public indignation and condemnation of the group from all sides of society. Particularly shocking is the fact that hospitals run by the People's Liberation Army and the Armed Police Force are involved in the matter.
