【明報專訊】THE COPYRIGHT (AMENDMENT) BILL has been given its second reading in the Legislative Council. Though pan-democratic lawmakers have tried to filibuster it by repeatedly calling for the quorum bell, the bill must be dealt with by the Legislative Council.
