【明報專訊】THE COURT OF FINAL APPEAL has handed down the final verdict over the Yung Kee Restaurant dispute, ruling that the restaurant's parent company, which is registered overseas, should be wound up. But the court has also suspended the order for 28 days and stated clearly it wants the two sides to discuss the matter with experts' help so that Kinsen Kam Kwan-sing's demands can be met otherwise than by having the restaurant liquidated (i.e. met by Ronald Kam Kwan-lai's purchase of Kinsen Kam's 45% stake in the company).
