【明報專訊】Yesterday the Legislative Council debated whether to extend Sections 3 and 8 of the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance to cover the Chief Executive (CE). Because of the structure of the Legislative Council, the motion was not adopted. But it will not be advantageous to the government if the issue remains unresolved.
