【明報專訊】A MEETING between Xi Jinping and Ma Ying-jeou is to take place tomorrow (November 7) in Singapore. Without a shadow of a doubt, the meeting will remind us of the full history of the antagonism between two sworn enemies - the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Kuomintang (KMT), which were the two sides of a civil war and which are leading their respective governments across the Taiwan Strait.
