The first is the central economic work conference which has been scheduled for the end of this year and at which next year's development will be determined. The other is the Fifth Plenum of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), which has been scheduled for the middle of this month and at which the plan for the next five years will be made.
