【明報專訊】TODAY (September 28) marks the first anniversary of the Occupy movement, which was so extensive in scale and involved so many people that it was undoubtedly the largest mass movement Hong Kong had witnessed for several decades after the 1967 riots. However, since the end of the movement, neither the government nor the general public has conducted any organised research into its causes and offered remedies.
