【明報專訊】THE CENSUS AND STATISTICS DEPARTMENT (CSD) has published its first study on subdivided units. In view of some figures contained in the study and factors like the housing and employment situations, we believe that subdivided units will remain in demand in the foreseeable future. And, considering the government's reluctance to make it one of its targets basically to solve the problem, subdivided units are expected to remain integral to Hong Kong housing for long.
