【明報專訊】A WOMAN experienced angina and went into a coma when receiving an electrotherapy at a therapeutic centre. She was rushed into hospital and was pronounced dead subsequently. In recent years, there have been a number of deaths and injuries caused by botched therapies involving medical instruments. This shows the government ought to introduce legislation for the regulation of such instruments and therapies with a view to safeguarding citizens' lives.
