【明報專訊】LU PING, former director of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office (HKMAO), has died after an illness. A long-time participant in Hong Kong and Macao affairs, he played a part in and witnessed Hong Kong's smooth return to Chinese sovereignty, one of the greatest achievements of his life.
