【明報專訊】THE Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of the Legislative Council has denounced the Director-General of Civil Aviation, in the strongest possible terms, over the various irregularities related to the construction of his department's new headquarters. The Civil Aviation Department (CAD) and Architectural Services Department (ASD) have also been condemned.
