【明報專訊】THE OCCUPY CENTRAL TRIO have declared they will turn themselves in at a police station today to make good the pledge they made when they started the movement. It is not known how many will do the same in response. They have called on students to leave the occupied locations, but to little avail. Anyway, as it is they that have initiated the movement, their decision to pull out now means the movement has entered a new phase. Furthermore, the trio have declared they will turn the mass movement into an ongoing civil society movement and advocate the spirit of democracy amid various social groups. It is a concern whether their choice will be respected.
