泛民不合作癱瘓政府 傷害社會民情或反彈

【明報專訊】THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL (Legco) resumed its meetings when the Occupy movement was raging. Pan-democratic lawmakers have threatened to launch a non-cooperation movement in the legislative chamber. They have said they will go against the administration on every issue and paralyse it in an attempt to put pressure on it in collaboration with protesters outside the legislative chamber. Their aim is to bring about a democratic Chief Executive (CE) election that features popular nomination.
