【明報專訊】IN THE PERIOD between his swearing-in as Chief Executive (CE) and the end of last year, Leung Chun-ying was also a consultant to UGL, an Australian conglomerate. Under the agreement in question, Leung was to act as a referee and advisor to UGL, and he received altogether ￡4 million from the firm in two payments, the second of which was made in December 2013. The affair has been brought to light by an Australian media group.
