As the Central District is the heart of the city, Occupy Central may have repercussions that will affect Hong Kong's social stability and economic prosperity. We hope participants in the campaign will abide by the principle of rationality that has always characterised Hong Kong's protest demonstrations, so that everything may proceed in a peaceful and orderly fashion, and the city may be spared from chaos.
