【明報專訊】THIS YEAR has witnessed an overall decline in candidates' performance in Chinese in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (DSE). Indeed, there are for the first time more students with a pass grade (Level 3) in English than those with a pass grade in Chinese.
