【明報專訊】ON June 18, the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television (SAPPRFT) issued a circular that says news organisations should concentrate on combating journalistic irregularities such as blackmailing and should forbid their reporters and branches from doing reports critical of the authorities without having first obtained their consent.
