【明報專訊】AFTER years of research, the government has decided to regulate private columbarium operation. Except for those located in residential and industrial buildings, most columbarium facilities will be treated leniently. As it is a sensitive issue closely related to people's livelihood, it is understandable that the government has chosen to bow to reality by allowing as many as possible of the existing columbarium facilities to continue operation under a licence.
