【明報專訊】IT has been the case over the past few years that radicals who take part in a demonstration will stage a sequel to it, in which they will try to break through the police cordon. This has clouded the civilised behaviour for which Hong Kong demonstrators have been praised. Radicals have recently gone even further. They have hijacked demonstrations and clashed directly with police officers on duty. Last Friday saw scenes of violence outside the Legislative Council (Legco) Complex. That is the latest case in point.
