【明報專訊】HONG KONG is in disarray. Recently, political agendas have revolved around filibuster, the constitutional reform and Occupy Central. The three issues have dominated political life in Hong Kong for some time and are unlikely to be settled soon. If one carefully traces their causes, one may easily identify what has made Hongkongers heavy-hearted. They have all come of the contorted constitutional system.
