【明報專訊】YESTERDAY (May 15) the constitutional- reform trio made it clear that popular nomination, nomination by political parties and the three-track plan are unlikely to be presented for discussion in the second round of constitutional-reform consultation. In other words, radical proposals from the pan-democratic camp will be rejected. The government will put forward concrete proposals for citizens' discussion.
